April Mail Out-All customers will receive a mail out with upcoming rate changes effective May 1, 2024. Also in the mail out is just a updated version of the Policy & Procedures and Customer Water & Sewage User Agreement. This is for your records only. There is little to no changes than the year before. You are welcome to call the office for more information at 601-583-0647 or email us at glendaleutilities@comcast. You do not owe or have to mail anything back to Glendale Utility, this is just information and changes. Sorry for any confusion.

WE WILL BE TEMPORARILY LOCATED AT 451 MONROE ROAD, HATTIESBURG, MS., DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE GLENDALE COMMUNITY CENTER. OUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS IS ACTUALLY 20 FRENCH HARALSON RD., BUT PLEASE CONTINUE TO SEND MAIL TO 2805 GLENDALE AVE, HATTIESBURG, MS. 39401 UNLESS CHANGE IS MADE. WE ENCOURAGE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO PAY BY MAIL, BANK DRAFT, ON-LINE, VIA PHONE, OR VIA DROP-BOX BEGINNING DECEMBER 2023 FORWARD AND DURING THIS TRANSITION PERIOD.
