Glendale Utility District is now using a new text alert system called IRIS. This is used for alerting customers to any outages, boil water notices, high usages, late payments, ect. If you receive an alert from our new system, it may show it coming from Techradium, or Sugarland, TX. Please know that these are legitimate calls, texts, and emails, not spam. Please keep your phone numbers and email addresses updated with our office personnel to insure that you get these important messages.
