NOTE FROM GLENDALE UTILITY OPERATOR

We want to keep our community informed about the fiber boring work currently underway throughout our system.  This project will continue for the next couple of months. As work progresses, there have been some line strikes that have caused temporary service interruptions and boil water notices. These situations have resulted from a combination of older mapping limitations, some lines without tracer wire, and hard ground conditions that can make locating difficult.  Our crew is working diligently to maintain normal daily operations while also responding as quickly as possible to issues that arise during this large-scale project. We appreciate the community's patience and understanding as we continue working to protect service and respond safely and efficiently.
