Glendale Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We also have a drop box at our office where you may deposit your payment into the white drop box or you may use the small white drop box located between the North Forrest Community Center and the tennis courts at North Forrest High School. Please DO NOT PLACE CASH IN THE DROPBOX. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen payments.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days or longer, due to current mailing issues with U.S. Mail, to post to the customer's account. These institutions send out a paper check via U.S. Mail to Glendale Utility District and may not reach us by the bank's estimated date. Please consult with your bank for more information. Please consider holidays, and weekends and pay in advance to ensure your payment arrives before the 15th of the month to avoid late charges. The utility posts payments as they are received into the office.
Auto Draft
We are glad to announce that we are now accepting auto drafts. Please come by our office with a voided check and sign the form to get started.
