Note to our Customers

Glendale Utility would like to take a moment to thank all of our customers for their patience over the past year and years.  We know recently Glendale has had some lines to break or be blown out that have caused water outages and boil water notices and our Community is voicing some concerns.  The majority of these breaks are a Act of Nature, and some are due to construction that is going on due to growth and technology coming to the community.  I would hope this would make the community happy to have better service for internet/fiber and more business.  So, this and and garbage trucks and other big trucks running over our aged lines have a tendacy to break the lines over time.  Lightning and just the age of these pipes cause these breaks.  Glendale Water has not had the pleasure of replacing infrastructure by grants or loans unless it has been an emergency situation.  Glendale Utility is replacing infrasture as needed with funds that are available without raising rates.  Our main focus is clean drinking water and safe environment, and repairing our system on a daily basis, while also maintianing a standard of excellence in customer service.  So, I hope this helps, and I hope you all will continue to be patient with our team, as they work out in all sorts of weather day or night to restore water when the sitiuation arises. Our team deserves to be appreciated for all they do for giving us water that we can not live without.  Thank you for your patience.
